We want you to love your ORBILO. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can request a return and refund within 30 days of delivery.
How to request a return
- Email us at orbilo.support@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request.
- We'll reply within 1-2 business days with the return instructions.
- Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund you to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5-10 business days to show the refund.
Items must be returned with all included parts (projector and world slides). Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send you a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. No need to send the item back in that case.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order free of charge before it ships. Just email us as soon as possible with your order number.
