Free tracked shipping
We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Shipping is free on every order and every parcel is tracked.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Estimated delivery times (after processing)
- United States: 6-10 business days
- Canada: 6-10 business days
- United Kingdom: 5-8 business days
- Australia: 6-12 business days
- New Zealand: 6-10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas) or because of carrier or customs delays.
Duties and taxes
Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. In some cases, customs in your country may charge import duties or taxes on delivery; these are the responsibility of the recipient.
Lost or delayed parcel
Please double-check your address at checkout. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 10 business days, or your parcel shows as delivered but you can't find it, email us at orbilo.support@gmail.com and we'll help right away.
